All orders placed in India will be catered by High standard courier agencies like DTDC, DELHIVERY, INDIAPOST couriers, etc..and international orders are shipped through Aramex. Orders once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. Raising issues on full or partial cancellation of orders once placed is not appreciated.

As mentioned earlier in our shipping policy, we are duly responsible for any damage caused to the merchandise while in transit to the buyer.
TA shall not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of its products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery.
The buyer can raise a replacement or exchange request if and only if the products do not reach the buyer in good condition (damaged) or upon receival of wrong product. The buyer hasto raise a return request within 3 days of delivery to claim replacement.
