All orders placed in India will be catered by High standard courier agencies like DTDC, DELHIVERY, INDIAPOST couriers, etc..and international orders are shipped through Aramex. All are courier partners are reliable, trustworthy and follow all safety measures to ensure you a hassle free shopping with fastest and quality delivery.
Every order would be dispatched after confirming the Authenticity of the order.
We ship on all business days from Monday to Friday excluding government holidays.
Orders will be dispatched in 3-4 business days of placement depending upon the availability of the product.
There might be delay in dispatch if the product is under production will take around 10 – 12 business days to be dispatched since the products require more time to be manufactured.

Orders once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. Raising issues on full or partial cancellation of orders once placed is not appreciated.
If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or additional value item considering the additional price can be paid.
As mentioned earlier in our shipping policy, we are duly responsible for any damage caused to the merchandise while in transit to the buyer.
TA shall not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of its products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery.
The buyer can raise a replacement or exchange request if and only if the products do not reach the buyer in good condition (damaged) or upon receival of wrong product. In either of the cases, the customer has to send a Video of unpacking the parcel and showing valid proof to our WhatsApp number (8778418658). The buyer hasto raise a return request within 3 days of delivery to claim replacement.
We shall issue replacement, exchange or return, whichever is feasible to us, provided that the damaged product is reshipped by the buyer themself to the address that is requested by us within 3 days of delivery.A replacement will only be provided.
