All orders placed in India will be catered by High standard courier agencies like DTDC, DELHIVERY, INDIAPOST couriers, etc..and international orders are shipped through Aramex. As mentioned earlier in our shipping policy, we are duly responsible for any damage caused to the merchandise while in transit to the buyer.
TA shall not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of its products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery.
The buyer can raise a replacement or exchange request if and only if the products do not reach the buyer in good condition (damaged) or upon receival of wrong product.
